To those of you that read this diary on a regular basis (I think there's about 4 of us, myself included), you would have noticed that there is now a nice new look.

Yep, I ditched Garfield. It took a lot of doing because the expression that was on his face summed me up so perfectly. I think, though, that this new look is better suited to me now, because it's about time I grew up. How many 24 year old guys have Garfield diary layouts? Exactly.

This is a nice segue to my main reason for writing today. I have just spent 9 hours cleaning out my room. The sheer volume of... junk I threw away (put in the garage, whatever) is unimaginable. I never knew my room could contain so much crap. Now the room is neat and zen-like, which pleases me, as I need some order in my life.

I'm still frustrated though, because the room I use to update this diary is in complete chaos. This is because we're getting one of the bathrooms re-fitted, so everything from it has kind of been dumped in here. There seems to be enough towels, flannels and cotton buds for an entire army.

Sigh.
