Nostalgia and Boredom
Remember when you could buy M & Ms in boxes and Coke in glass bottles? Those were the days. M & Ms came in boxes at the cinema, and I'll be damned if I can find a box of M & Ms nowadays. I always thought M & Ms tasted better in the box, but I was convinced it was pyschological until I learned how plastic affects the taste of things. Just a passing thought.

I've been riding this cloud of depression since Tuesday night. I think my inactivity is contributing to my mood. When you're down, it's easy to get caught up in a slump of sleeping too much, eating junk food and watching ten hours of T.V. It's a bad cycle. The inactivity makes you more inactive.
